We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack QA Engineer to join our team for an exciting collaboration with a leading IT solutions provider in the insurance industry based in the USA. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project. The position is based in Poland/ Wrocław, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsabilities

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and living/stay in Poland is a must!

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, Robot Framework, pytest, Selenium/Playwright, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS, Docker.

• Domain Expertise: Experience in the fintech or insurance industries is highly desirable.

• Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of functional, performance, and exploratory testing.

• Communication & Collaboration: High communication skills with a proven track record of leadership.

• Ease of building relationships, openness, and proactivity in proposing solutions.

• Fluent in Polish

• Fluent in English

• Located in Wrocław, Poland

Nice to have

• Experience testing in the Fintech or insurance industries is a plus

• Experience with various testing tools, including browser developer tools, Jira, test management systems.

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge
